Allentown is the largest city in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. And with a population of 121,252, the city is the third largest city in all of Pennsylvania. Philadelphia and Pittsburgh win the race when it comes to total population. But Allentown makes up for the loss with its interesting sights.

Allentown’s Liberty Bell Museum has a full-size replica of the historic Liberty Bell. There’s also a beautiful mural that shows the history of the bell. Car enthusiasts will love the America on Wheels Museum. The museum has a large showcase of vintage vehicles on display for everyone to enjoy.

The America on Wheels Museum has its vehicles safely parked inside the museum. However, the vehicles on Allentown streets aren’t quite as secure.

In 2018, 47 residents died as a result of traffic accidents. Sedans, SUVs, and motorcycles were the vehicles most commonly involved in fatal accidents. Encouraging residents to take defensive driving courses can make Allentown streets safer.

Have you received a traffic ticket in Allentown? If so, perhaps a defensive driving course can help your situation. The local traffic court might dismiss your ticket if you enroll in a defensive driving course. And the course will help you become a more confident driver, too.
