Warren is a city located in Macomb County. With a population of 134,797, Warren is the largest city in Macomb County and the third largest city in Michigan.

Warren is generally a safe place for drivers. However, you have to remember that Warren is located in Macomb County. And Macomb County is known for its dangerous intersections.
